Article 1. General
Educate The Future B.V. is registered in Heerbaan 224
6566EX Millingen aan de Rijn, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the Educate The Future. These conditions apply to all websites managed by the Educate The Future.
Article 2. Applicability
To all offers, orders and agreements, these General Terms and Conditions (hereafter: Terms and Conditions) apply to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.
Article 3. Agreements
An agreement is established after acceptance of a registration, registration and or purchase of a product by a customer. Educate The Future is entitled to refuse registrations or request additional information. If a registration is not accepted, this will be communicated to the customer stating the reason. By registering on educatethefuturenow.com or other websites of Educate The Future and or purchasing a product or service, the customer (member) automatically agrees with registering on our relevant newsletters. Educate The Future will never use or resell the customer’s data for other purposes. Every customer can always unsubscribe from newsletters for free and simply by clicking on the url at the bottom of the e-mail received. (see further our anti-spam policy and Privacy policy)
Article 4. Prices and other rates
4.1 The price stated for the course (s) and products is in euros, excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs are (unless stated otherwise) not included in the mentioned prices.
4.2 In some cases there are promotional prices. Promotional prices are only valid for a certain period as long as the promotion is running. No claim can be made to these prices before or after the specified period.
4.3 Educate The Future cannot be held to quotations that are obviously incorrect, for example as a result of obvious typesetting or printing errors. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.
Article 5. Payments
5.1 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner (s) indicated during the registration process. Further (payment / order) conditions can be imposed on the registration of a customer.
5.2 The customer gives Educate The Future permission to perform all actions necessary for payment to be made in the payment method chosen by the customer.
Article 6. Retention of title
The intellectual and industrial law and all possible copyrights or property rights of training content and study material rest with Educate The Future or the original beneficiary. Multiplication or commissioning of (parts of) the course content and / or study material to third parties is not permitted without having obtained written permission from Educate The Future or the original beneficiary.
Article 7. Cooling-off period
7.1 Educate The Future uses a cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) of 14 days after purchase date, unless explicitly stated otherwise per service or product.
In case of purchase of event tickets with event date within cooling-off period: if the event date is within 14 days after purchase date: no money will be refunded.
In case of event tickets: When Educate The Future cancels an event, Educate The Future will refund the amount already paid to the customer within sixty days.
Return costs are for the account of the consumer if he wishes to return the order of a physical product. The amount minus the shipping costs mentioned on the product page will then be refunded in case the product arrives (in perfect condition and unharmed) at destination within the cooling-off period of 14 days. If the product is harmed and not available for sale, then no refund will be provided. The responsibility for the administrative handling of the return shipment (proof of postage and return costs) lies with the customer.
7.2 Within the framework of this cooling-off period, if the customer does not wish to purchase the product or online course for whatever reason, the customer may cancel his / her account (registration) within 2 weeks.
7.3 If the customer uses the cooling-off period, Educate The Future will refund the amount already paid to the customer within sixty days, with the exception of any costs incurred for materials or purchasing training. Educate The Future reserves the right to ask about the reasons for cancellation.
7.4 After the cooling-off period, no money will be refunded.
Article 8. Liability
Educate The Future is not liable for damage to property of customer and third parties, nor is it liable for other damage, including study or business stagnation. The customer indemnifies Educate The Future against all third-party claims in this regard.
Article 9. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, Educate The Future has the right, at its option, to suspend the execution of a client’s registration, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by informing the client in writing and this without the Educate The Future being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances by the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
In the event of force majeure or illness, Educate The Future has the right to replace trainers.
Article 10. Applicable law and competent court
10.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
10.2 All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Educate The Future thereby reserves the right to modify the content or remove parts at any time without having to inform you of this.

During live events Educate The Future takes pictures of the event and a live video streaming will be done. These materials may also be used on the website or for other purposes. When a participant does not want to be visible on pictures and video, they have to let this know in advance by sending an email to media-at-educatethefuturenow.com
Artikel 1. Algemeen Educate The Future BV is gevestigd in BP Hofstedestraat 23, 7551DG Hengelo, Nederland, hierna te noemen Educate The Future. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle websites die worden beheerd door Educate The Future.
Artikel 2. Toepasselijkheid Op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten zijn deze Algemene Voorwaarden (hierna: Algemene Voorwaarden) van toepassing met uitsluiting van enige andere algemene voorwaarden. Artikel 3. Overeenkomsten Een overeenkomst komt tot stand na acceptatie van een registratie, registratie en of aankoop van een product door een klant. Educate The Future heeft het recht om registraties te weigeren of om aanvullende informatie te vragen. Indien een inschrijving niet wordt geaccepteerd, wordt dit onder opgave van de reden aan de klant meegedeeld. Door zich te registreren op educatethefuturenow.com of andere websites van Educate The Future en of een product of dienst aan te schaffen, gaat de klant (lid) automatisch akkoord met de registratie op onze relevante nieuwsbrieven. Educate The Future zal de gegevens van de klant nooit gebruiken of doorverkopen voor andere doeleinden. Elke klant kan zich altijd gratis uitschrijven voor nieuwsbrieven en simpelweg klikken op de url onderaan de ontvangen e-mail. (zie verder ons antispambeleid en Privacybeleid) Artikel 4. Prijzen en overige tarieven 4.1 De vermelde prijs voor de cursus (sen) en producten is in euro’s, exclusief BTW, tenzij anders vermeld. Eventuele verzendkosten zijn (tenzij anders vermeld) niet bij de genoemde prijzen inbegrepen. 4.2 In sommige gevallen zijn er actieprijzen. Actieprijzen zijn slechts geldig voor een bepaalde periode zolang de promotie loopt. Op deze prijzen kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt voor of na de aangegeven periode. 4.3 Educate The Future kan niet gehouden worden aan offertes die kennelijk onjuist zijn, bijvoorbeeld als gevolg van kennelijke zet- of drukfouten. Aan onjuiste prijsinformatie kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. Artikel 5. Betalingen 5.1 Betaling kan geschieden op (een van) de wijze (n) aangegeven tijdens het registratieproces. Aan de registratie van een klant kunnen nadere (betalings- / bestel) voorwaarden worden gesteld. 5.2 De klant geeft Educate The Future toestemming om alle handelingen uit te voeren die nodig zijn om de betaling te doen via de door de klant gekozen betalingsmethode. Artikel 6. Eigendomsvoorbehoud Het intellectuele en industriële recht en alle mogelijke auteursrechten of eigendomsrechten op inhoud van trainingen en studiemateriaal berusten bij Educate The Future of de oorspronkelijke begunstigde. Vermenigvuldiging of inbedrijfstelling van (delen van) de cursusinhoud en / of studiemateriaal aan derden is niet toegestaan zonder schriftelijke toestemming van Educate The Future of de oorspronkelijke begunstigde. Artikel 7. Afkoelingsperiode
7.1
Educate The Future hanteert een afkoelingsperiode (herroepingsrecht) van 14 dagen na aankoopdatum, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders vermeld per dienst of product.
Echter, indien de klant een ticket aankoopt binnen 14 dagen voor de startdatum van het evenement (binnen afkoelingsperiode), worden tickets niet terug betaald.
In het geval van kaartjes voor evenementen: Wanneer Educate The Future een evenement annuleert, zal Educate The Future het reeds aan de klant betaalde bedrag binnen zestig dagen terugbetalen.
Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de consument indien hij de bestelling van een fysiek product wenst te retourneren. Het bedrag minus de verzendkosten vermeld op de productpagina zal dan worden terugbetaald indien het product binnen de afkoelingsperiode van 14 dagen in perfecte conditie op de bestemming aankomt. Indien het product beschadigd is en niet meer kan verkocht worden, wordt er geen restitutie verleend. De verantwoordelijkheid voor de administratieve afhandeling van de retourzending (verzendbewijs en retourkosten) ligt bij de klant. 7.2 In het kader van de bedenktijd voor trainingen, als de klant het product of de online cursus om welke reden dan ook niet wil kopen, kan de klant zijn / haar account (registratie) binnen 2 weken annuleren. 7.3 Indien de klant gebruik maakt van de bedenktijd, zal Educate The Future het reeds aan de klant betaalde bedrag binnen zestig dagen terugbetalen, met uitzondering van eventueel gemaakte kosten voor materiaal of inkooptraining. Educate The Future behoudt zich het recht voor om te vragen naar de redenen voor annulering. 7.4 Na de bedenktijd wordt geen geld teruggestort. Artikel 8. Aansprakelijkheid
Educate The Future is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan eigendommen van klant en derden, noch is zij aansprakelijk voor andere schade, waaronder begrepen studie- of bedrijfsstagnatie. De klant vrijwaart Educate The Future tegen alle aanspraken van derden terzake. Artikel 9. Overmacht In geval van overmacht heeft Educate The Future het recht om, naar eigen keuze, de uitvoering van de inschrijving van een opdrachtgever op te schorten of de overeenkomst zonder rechterlijke tussenkomst te ontbinden door de opdrachtgever hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte te stellen en dit zonder de Educate The Future is gehouden tot het betalen van enige vergoeding, tenzij dit onder de gegeven omstandigheden door de maatstaven van redelijkheid en billijkheid onaanvaardbaar zou zijn. In geval van overmacht of ziekte heeft Educate The Future het recht trainers te vervangen. Artikel 10. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechter 10.1 Op alle rechten, verplichtingen, aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten waarop deze voorwaarden van toepassing zijn, alsmede op deze voorwaarden, is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. 10.2 Alle geschillen tussen partijen zullen bij uitsluiting worden voorgelegd aan de daartoe bevoegde rechter in Nederland. Educate The Future behoudt zich daarbij het recht voor om op elk moment de inhoud aan te passen of onderdelen te verwijderen zonder daarover aan u mededeling te hoeven doen. Beperkte aansprakelijkheid Educate The Future stelt alles in het werk om de inhoud van de website zo vaak mogelijk bij te werken en / of aan te vullen.
